Refund & Cancellation – Campus360

1. All subscription plans are billed as per the selected prepaid or postpaid model.

2. Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued for partial usage or early termination.

3. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the renewal date.

4. Campus360 reserves the right to cancel or suspend services in case of policy violations or non-payment.

5. Any approved refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Pricing and plans are subject to change with prior notice.
